</div><div style="color: #783f04; font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;">Here is the basic item that you must have in your kitchen:</div><div style="color: #783f04; font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;"><b>4 egg yolks</b></div><div style="color: #783f04; font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;"><b>Heavy cream (125ml)</b></div><div style="color: #783f04; font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;"><b>4 tbs sugar</b></div><div style="color: #783f04; font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;"><b>Vanilla beans (from fresh pods)</b></div><div style="color: #783f04; font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;"><b>Pinch of salt </b></div><div style="color: #783f04; font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;"><br />
</div><div style="color: #783f04; font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;"><i>First, </i>break the eggs and separate the yolks from egg whites. Set the yolks aside.</div><div style="color: #783f04; font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;"><i>Second,</i> put 4 tablespoon of sugar in another bowl. Pour in the heavy cream. Make sure you put the bowl in a microwave for a while to melt the sugar for 2 minutes. Stir the mixture well.</div><div style="color: #783f04; font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;">In the mean while, whisk the yolks just to break them apart. Slowly.</div><div style="color: #783f04; font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;">Pour the yolks into the cream mixture. Stir well. Don't forget to scrape the vanilla beans from its pod for flavouring and a pinch of salt to the mixture.</div><div style="color: #783f04; font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;"><i>Next, </i>prepare the remekins. If you don't have, just use any bowl which is suitable for baking.</div><div style="color: #783f04; font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;"><br />
</div><div style="color: #783f04; font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;">Arrange the remekins in a large roasting pan. Fill the pan with some hot water. (we use water bath technique)</div><div style="color: #783f04; font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;">Bake @ 180 degrees in 40 minutes. The end product should be wobbly. Let it cool for a while and put them to refrigerate in the fridge for few hours.</div><div style="color: #783f04; font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;">For cool effect, before serving, pour some sugar on top of remekins and torch it with butane torch.</div><div style="color: #783f04; font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;">Else, just melt the sugar under the broiler.</div><div style="color: #783f04; font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;"><br />

1 tablespoon vanilla extract (use vanilla beans to get the BEST result)<br />
1 egg<br />
1 egg yolks<br />

Preheat oven : 165 degrees Celcius<br />
Prepare a tray with the parchment paper.<br />
Mix baking soda + flour -Set aside<br />
In a bowl, cream melted butter, brown sugar and white sugar until well blend.<br />
Beat in the vanilla, egg and egg yolk until light and smooth.</div><div style="color: #783f04;"><br />

Bake for 15-17 minutes in the preheated oven (until the edges are lightly toasted).<br />
