Fresh Cream

Lots of people were asking me what is FRESH CREAM?
Easy.. beezie.. Fresh cream has two types : DAIRY and NON-Dairy cream

From my vocab (ha ha..), dairy is from whom manufactured pure milk or cheese while NON-Dairy are from palm-oil source.

Usually bakers will coat their cakes using the FRESH CREAM for their soft touch. U could add any flavour to it. You may add melted cooking choc for additional yummy flavour.
